What are published poems by African-American poets in which they reflect on their African heritage?

I’m thinking along the lines of Countee Cullen’s Heritage or even Langston Hughes The Negro Speaks of Rivers. The whole poem doesn’t have to be on this topic; it should just be present in some way. Also, I’m far from my poetry collection right now, so if you had text or links to text of the poems, that would help me. Thanks.
